Scholarships can make the difference
in continuing education

The Garfield Alumni Foundation scholarships afford deserving students the opportunity to enter post-secondary educational institutions. An impactful part of their academic life, scholarships are extremely important to those students who have worked very hard to achieve the grade point average and honors to be accepted to Universities and other colleges. The absence of scholarships might pose a financial burden for their families and be a setback to their higher education.

Every year the Foundation awards a minimum of 20, $500 scholarships. This year we awarded 22 scholarships made possible by the generosity of our alumni and community members’ donations and attendance to our Fundraising events, and, we are always striving to increase the numbers of Scholarships we award to GHS students. We appreciate your continued support.

2016 GARFIELD ALUMNI FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP AWARD RECIPIENTS

The Garfield Alumni Foundation congratulates this years 2016 GAF Senior Scholarship winners for being selected from the over 25 applications received by the organization. The ceremony will take place on Thursday May 19, 2016 at the Jamie Escalante Performing Arts Center located on the schools campus.
The scholarships are made possible by the various GAF fundraiser events as well as donations from alumni and friends.
